Civil/Environmental Engineer

TriAD is seeking civil and environmental engineers (0-10 years experience) to assist in the design and development of environmental-related plans, specifications, and permit application documents. Occasional field work and travel will be required.  For entry level positions, a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering is required; successful completion of the FE Exam is preferred. Tennessee Professional Engineering Registration required for licensed professionals. Excellent communication skills required.

Civil 3D CADD Designer 

TriAD is seeking an AutoCAD Civil 3D Designer with 0-5 years experience.  Must be proficient in both AutoCAD 2014 and Civil 3D 2013.  

Environmental Scientist

TriAD is seeking environmental scientist or geologist candidates (3-10 years’ experience) to assist in the completion of environmental compliance projects (Phase I, II ESA's), multi-media sampling and asbestos and lead based paint surveys/inspections. Field work and travel required.

Active AHERA/EPA Asbestos Inspector Certification required. Functions specific to asbestos surveys include:

  • Conduct or assist in performing preparatory initial inspections of abatement projects;
  • Prepare various reports regarding consultations, inspections in progress, visual, final and work documentation;
  • Maintain files and records relating to the asbestos operation; review plans for the maintenance, repair and handling of asbestos containing materials.
  • LBP not required but preferred

Environmental Scientist

TriAD is seeking environmental scientist or geologist candidates (0-3 years' experience) to assist in the completion of environmental compliance projects (Phase I, II ESA's), multi-media sampling and asbestos and lead based paint surveys/inspections. Field work and travel required.

Essential tasks include collection of gas, soil, water, or asbestos samples; recording test data and preparing reports, summaries, or charts to interpret test results; maintaining logbook records or computer program files; preparing and packaging environmental samples for shipping and testing; and receiving, preparing, testing, and decontaminating equipment.

Administrative

TriAD is seeking an Administrative professional with (0-3 years’ experience). Essential tasks include review, assembly, and submission of reports; handling incoming calls; file system management; supply inventory; mailings; and other miscellaneous employee support services. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
